Payment
We accept Cash, Interac-e Transfer or Pay Pal
Items will not be made or shipped until your payment has been received unless it is an in person delivery and cash is the method of payment.
Due to increased demand turn around time is currently 3-5 business days.
CUSTOM & LARGE ORDERS may be subject to longer creation times.
Please contact us if you need it sooner a rush fee may apply.

Shipping charges include postage, shipping supplies (box, envelope, tape)
Tracking information will be included unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping times are typically are as follows but are subject to change in the event
of poor weather & the holiday season.
2-4 business days within B.C
5-10 business days across Canada
7-21 business days to USA (Please note it can take longer due to customs delays)
All orders shipped with tracking information are automatically insured for $100.
We do not assume responsibility for any additional fees such as customs, taxes or duties You as the buyer assume that responsibility.
We keep our shipping costs as low as possible, but if you would like quicker shipping options please let us know & we will provide you with a quote.
Items that are shipped back to us from Canada Post due to failure to pick up from postal outlet in the allotted time or buyer has moved etc. will be held until the buyer contacts us. You as the buyer will be held responsible for the cost incurred to return to us and
for the re-shipping costs.

Diaper Cakes
All of our beautiful diaper cakes are custom handcrafted.
Due to the handmade nature of our cakes, for hygiene reasons and quality purposes
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Returns/exchanges are only offered in an unlikely event the diaper cake is
damaged during shipping.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and let us know that your diaper cake arrived damaged and that you would like to return/exchange it.
The diaper cake must then be returned to us within 7 business days of receipt and
must be in original condition.
There will be absolutely no refunds/exchanges for diaper cakes that have been unwrapped, re-wrapped, opened (including removal & opening of taped sides of cellophane)
or tampered with in any way.
We do not refund original shipping charges.
Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility.

We do not accept returns on custom orders and personalized items unless
they are defective.
